Bring My Momma Flowers

Today and everyday
I miss my Momma so.
I miss her precious smile
And the gentle words she spoke.

So Jesus, can you tell her
That I love and miss her much?
Please tell her how I’m thankful
For everything she’s done.

Please bring to her some flowers,
The very ones she loves.
For she deserves so much from me
For all she’s given of.
Please tell her how I miss the times
That we would sit outside.
I miss her laugh. I miss her touch.
I miss being by her side.

I miss our conversations
And the things that made us giggle
I miss every moment shared
From the time that I was little.

And tell her that, there’ll come a day
You’ll bring me home to be
With her, in your mansion high
For all eternity.
