Thank you my dear sister for speaking the truth in love with passion for the Savior and glorifying Him!

I love her so much because she's honest. She hates her
paralysis, she hates that wheelchair. She doesn't sugar coat her
struggles.

But she still follows and finds Christ in the midst of them.

I doubt I'll meet her in person in this life. But I will meet her in
heaven someday. And I will rejoice when she meets the Savior that she's
walked with all these years, and she will finally be completely healed -
not just in body, but in spirit as well.

Stay strong, Joni! Yesika
What wonderful gifts were squeezed from her heart through
suffering! The water of life flows from her heart down the cross that
she bears into the river of God.Van W

FOUR SIMPLE WORDS

FOUR SIMPLE WORDS-Christianity can be condensed into four words: Admit, Submit, Commit and Transmit. -Samuel Wilberforce

FOUR SIMPLE WORDS

I read an interesting quote yesterday on Facebook which said,

“Christianity can be reduced to four simple words:  Admit, Submit, Commit, and Transmit.”

It was attributed to Samuel Wilberforce (1759-1833), who, after becoming a member of the British Parliament at the age of twenty-one, did little at first to merit mention.  However, his conversion to evangelical Christianity in 1785 changed him.  Within a year, Wilberforce submitted the first of many rejected bills to Parliament for the abolition of slavery.  Two years after his conversion, he founded the Proclamation Society, and finally, on February 23, 1807, Wilberforce’s goal to end slavery in Great Britain became law.  Here is what the Bible has to say about his “four simple words.” ADMIT - The Bible declares that all men are sinners (Rom. 3:9, 23; 11:32; Gal. 3:22; etc.)!  There are two kinds of sin:  1) we sin when break God’s Law (1 Jn. 3:4), and, 2) we sin when we fail to do what we know to be God’s will (Jam. 4:17).  In order for a man to accept a Savior, he must first be aware that he needs one.  SUBMIT – The vast majority of mankind realizes that they are displeasing to God in the way they live their lives, and as a result, man has created thousands of religions, all aimed at establishing one’s own righteousness (Rom. 10:3).  However, the Bible says that to God, man’s righteousness is utterly disgusting (Isa. 64:6).  The lost sinner must acknowledge that his efforts are futile, and he must accept the fact he cannot save himself; he needs The Savior. COMMIT – The Bible says that a man cannot believe in The Savior if he has never heard of Him.  The Apostle Paul wrote, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed?  And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard?  And how shall they hear without a preacher?  And how shall they preach, except they be sent?  As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the Gospel of Peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” (Rom. 10:13-15).  When a lost person accepts the truth of the Gospel (1 Cor. 15:1-4), and he commits to his Savior by acknowledging Him as his Lord (Rom. 10:8-11), he becomes a new creature (2 Cor. 5:17); he is born again (Jn. 3:3-8)!

TRANSMIT - A born again believer not only confesses his faith in The Savior (Rom. 10:8-11), he begins obeying His Lord’s command to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Mt. 28:19)!A genuine born again believer will tell others about his Savior!

SHE HATH DONE WHAT SHE COULD

For AltoSolo,Choir,Violin and Pian

                             Words and music,by Julia Montoro

                                                 Arr.Dale Lieser

In the midst of the noise and the happy occasion

There was just one kneeling there in adoration

Tears softly flowed, like ointment she poured

On the head, on the feet,of her Savior and Lord

She hath  done what she could,

And the work it is good.

Precious oil, pure and sweet

She hath poured at my feet

For my death she prepared

In my sorrow she shared

She hath done,she hath done

what she could what she could

There were some that would scorn,

They would try to give her blame

He spoke the words,

,,She has come to praise my name’’

Worship went on

And the fragrance so rare

Filled the house,

And God’s glory was shown to us there

Dear Saint,as you walk in this wicked world of sin,

Sin crowding in many voices screaming out,

Be not dismayed, keep your eyes on the Lord

Let your life,pure and clean,praise  our Savior adored

She hath done what she could,

And the work it is good

Precious oil, pure and sweet

She hath poured at my feet

For my death she prepared

In my sorrow she shared

She hath done,she hath done

what she could, what she could

HYMN-ONCE FOR ALL-Podcast: Play in new window- Download

Once For All

January 8th, 2012

Lyrics and Music: Philip P. Bliss

Free from the law—oh, happy condition!
Jesus hath bled, and there is remission;

Cursed by the law and bruised by the fall,

Christ hath redeemed us once for all.

Refrain:
Once for all—oh, sinner, receive it;

Once for all—oh, doubter, believe it;

Cling to the cross, the burden will fall,

Christ hath redeemed us once for all.

There on the cross your burden upbearing,
Thorns on His brow your Savior is wearing;

Never again your sin need appall,

You have been pardoned once for all.

Now we are free—there’s no condemnation;
Jesus provides a perfect salvation:

“Come unto Me,” oh, hear His sweet call,

Come, and He saves us once for all.

Children of man—oh, glorious calling,
Surely His grace will keep us from falling;

Passing from death to life at His call,

Blessed salvation once for all.
