THE RESURRECTION
EASTER: THE SUPERNATURAL WRIT LARGE
Exclusive: Craige McMillan asks readers which they’ll worship — Creator or usurper
“Most people outside of America won’t get it. It’s the Easter bunny. It’s another lie, and I don’t understand why we had to invent this character.” – Todd Rundgren
“A man who was completely innocent, offered himself as a sacrifice for the good of others, including his enemies, and became the ransom of the world. It was a perfect act.” – Mahatma Gandhi
“Easter tells us of something children can’t understand, because it addresses things they don’t yet have to know: the weariness of life, the pain, the profound loneliness and hovering fear of meaninglessness.” – Frederica Mathewes-Green
“A rule I have had for years is: to treat the Lord Jesus Christ as a personal friend. His is not a creed, a mere doctrine, but it is He Himself we have.” – Dwight L. Moody
“God loves each of us as if there were only one of us.” – Saint Augustine
“This Easter” is the only Easter any of us have. The ones before have passed. The world in which we live makes no promise of another next year.
Easter is the poster child for the Supernatural. The religious leaders of Israel reasoned among themselves that Jesus should die so they could preserve their high position over the people: “One of them, Caiaphas, who was high priest that year, said to them, ‘You know nothing at all! You’re not considering that it is to your advantage that one man should die for the people rather than the whole nation perish’” (John 11:49-50 HCSB).
Satan celebrated his victory over the Creator at the Cross. Having earlier been booted from heaven (“I watched Satan fall from heaven like a lightning flash” Luke 10:18 HCSB) for his usurpery against his Creator, Satan reckoned that with the death of Jesus on the Cross his ownership of humanity and the world’s governments now lay beyond the grasp of God.
Jesus’ 12 closest confidants were in despair; Judas had already hanged himself over his betrayal of Jesus. A few of the common people quietly buried Jesus in a tomb.
Despite the many and varied religions in this world, there are but two kingdoms which underlie every religion’s claim of ownership upon humanity. One claim belongs to the Creator, whose credentials are beyond question. The other claim is that of another created being, whose pride led him to believe that his claim was superior to that claim asserted by the Creator. The world’s religions either worship the Creator, or they worship the usurper.
Last week I heard in church from the pulpit that school would be closed for “spring break.” No, school was closed for Easter, just as it was when I was a child and went to school. Easter became “spring break” because the usurper of this world became tired of being reminded of his spectacular failure at Easter.
Easter is the Supernatural, writ large across history. “According to the laws of legal evidence used in courts of law, there is more evidence for the historical fact of the resurrection of Jesus Christ than for just about any other event in history” (Harvard Law professor Dr. Simon Greenleaf).
The conflict between the Creator and the usurper is now on full display across the world. Both sides to the conflict invite you to join with them. The usurper extracts his salvation in our blood and tears. Jesus Christ, having already shed his own blood and tears on our behalf, beckons us simply to join us in his resurrected life and victory celebration.
What does the end of the age look like from God’s side of the veil?

JOHN’S DESCRIPTION OF JESUS CHRIST
Christianity can be condensed into four words: Admit, Submit, Commit and Transmit. -Samuel Wilberforce
JOHN’S DESCRIPTION OF JESUS CHRIST
John 1:1-3, 14 – “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.”
John 3:16-18 – “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
1 John 1:1-3 – “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; for the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us; that which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.”
1 John 5:7, 11-13 – “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life….”
Revelation 19:11-16 – “And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He doth judge and make war. His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. And He was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
The Apostle Paul’s explanation of how one is saved:
“…if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead,
thou shalt be saved” (Rom. 10:9).

Estera, Ahașveroș, Haman și Mardoheu
Christianity can be condensed into four words: Admit, Submit, Commit and Transmit. -Samuel Wilberforce«
Estera, Ahașveroș, Haman și Mardoheu
CELLA POVESTESTE :
“8. Atunci Haman a zis imparatului Ahasveros: “In toate tinuturile imparatiei tale este risipit un popor deosebit intre popoare, care are legi deosebite de ale tuturor popoarelor si nu tine legile imparatului. Nu este in folosul imparatului sa-l lase linistit.
9. Daca imparatul gaseste cu cale, sa se scrie o porunca pentru ca ei sa fie nimiciti, si eu voi cantari zece mii de talanti de argint in mainile slujbasilor, ca sa-i duca in vistieria imparatului.”
17. Mardoheu a plecat si a facut tot ce-i poruncise Estera.”
17. Mardoheu a plecat si a facut tot ce-i poruncise Estera.”
“1. A treia zi, Estera s-a imbracat cu hainele imparatesti si a venit in curtea dinauntru a casei imparatului, inaintea casei imparatului. Imparatul sedea pe scaunul lui imparatesc in casa imparateasca, in fata usii casei.
2. Cand a vazut imparatul pe imparateasa Estera in picioare in curte, ea a capatat trecere inaintea lui. Si imparatul a intins Esterei toiagul imparatesc pe care-l tinea in mana. Estera s-a apropiat si a atins varful toiagului.
Are loc prima cină fastuoasă și impresionantă. Delirul a ținut puțin.
5. Imparatul Ahasveros a luat cuvantul si a zis imparatesei Estera: “Cine si unde este acela care are de gand sa faca asa?”
6. Estera a raspuns: “Apasatorul, vrajmasul este Haman, raul acesta!”
Haman a ramas ingrozit in fata imparatului si a imparatesei.
7. Si imparatul, in mania lui, s-a sculat si a parasit ospatul, si s-a dus in gradina casei imparatesti.
7. Si imparatul, in mania lui, s-a sculat si a parasit ospatul, si s-a dus in gradina casei imparatesti.
20. Mardoheu a scris aceste lucruri si a trimis scrisori tuturor iudeilor din toate tinuturile imparatului Ahasveros, de aproape si din departare. 21. Le poruncea sa praznuiasca in fiecare an ziua a paisprezecea si a cincisprezecea a lunii Adar, 22. ca zile in care capatasera odihna scapand de vrajmasii lor. Le-a poruncit sa praznuiasca luna in care intristarea lor se prefacuse in bucurie, si jalea lor, in zi de sarbatoare, si sa faca din aceste zile niste zile de ospat si de bucurie, cand sa-si trimita daruri de mancare unii altora si sa imparta daruri celor lipsiti.

BEAUTIFULL BIBLE VERSES WITH PEACEFULL SONGS
Christianity can be condensed into four words: Admit, Submit, Commit and Transmit. -Samuel Wilberforce
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
"He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. He shall cover thee with His feathers, and under His wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
How Holy
The Cross and The Blood and The Dove and The Resurrection....
Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that heareth Me, watching daily at My gates, waiting at the posts of My doors. For whoso findeth Me findeth life, and shall obtain favor of the Lord. But he that sinneth against Me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate Me love death" ~~ Proverbs 8:33-36.
"As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after Thee, O God" ~~ Psalm 42:1.
"You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; in Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore" ~~ Psalm 16:11.
"And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called 'The way of holiness'" ~~ Isaiah 35:8a.
"And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; and that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will" ~~ 2 Timothy 2:24-26.
"He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might He increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint" ~~ Isaiah 40:29-31.
Praise God for the Lord's Sacrafice on the Cross and dieing and rising from the grave for our sins. Yes, .. He is the Bread of Life that was shed for us to have Eternal life with Him. ,, Amen
Praise to the Lord, the Almighty
"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, 'I am the light of the world: he that followeth Me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life" ~~ John 8:12.

"When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee" ~~ Isaiah 43:2.
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle.

And when he was come into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, Who is this?
And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee."

"Lord, who shall abide in Thy tabernacle? Who shall dwell in Thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart. He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour. In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.
