(WORDS on screen - AUDIO repaired) Long time radio newsman/commentator Paul Harvey created the original of this homily around 1965. It was updated as the years went by and therefore versions of it vary over time. It is a warning to America about its own decay.
This audio has been corrected for proper speed and pitch and is good as I can make it at this time. Unfortunately, phasing and background noise persist.

Subject: A prophet may have lived among us?

This broadcast was done the year our son Raymond was born.  The things he suggests would have seemed impossible that year.  Oh what a shame that more of us were too busy raising our children and trying to make it through another day to listen and act on what Mr. Harvey was saying.  Please don't be too busy to take the time to listen to this little clip.  It only takes a few minutes and maybe it isn't too late to make a difference.
